FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a title review and why does it matter?

It is a review of a property's legal history to confirm that the seller is the rightful owner and that there are no liens, prohibitions or disputes affecting the purchase. It is the best protection before signing a sale.

Can you arrange signing if I am outside Chile?

Yes. We can coordinate signing at the relevant Chilean consulate, including legalization or apostille of documents.

How long does a filing with the Registrar take?

Timeframes vary by registry and workload but usually take two to six weeks. We follow up constantly and keep you informed of every step.
