FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which type of entity is right for my company?

It depends on the number of partners, whether you plan to bring in investors and how much flexibility you need in management. An SpA is usually the most flexible option for growth-oriented ventures, while a Limitada may suit family or professional companies. We assess each case together with its tax impact.

How long does it take to form a company?

Through the online Companies Registry, a company can be formed in one or two business days. By public deed, including registration and publication, it usually takes one to three weeks. We recommend the best route for your partners and your project.

I am a foreigner. Can you help me start a business in Chile?

Yes, it is our specialty. We work in Spanish and English and guide you through the whole process: obtaining a RUT (tax ID), forming the company and registering with the SII. Where needed, we coordinate with advisors in your home country.
